Not a direct fit. Joining S60x6 IBC buttress thread to 2" camlock (cam-and-groove) coupling needs a S60x6 IBC to 2 inch camlock adapter.

The adapter to buy

The most common IBC transfer setup screws an S60x6-to-2-inch-camlock adapter onto the tote outlet, then uses a camlock hose tail to connect and disconnect quickly. The buttress end seals on a gasket; the camlock seals when the cam arms clamp a matching half.

Buy the matching camlock half for your hose. A Type A adapter mates only to a Type B or C coupler, not to another Type A; camlocks pair by opposite type, not by size alone.
