Running a garden hose off an IBC uses an S60x6-to-GHT adapter that screws onto the tote outlet and presents a hose fitting. The buttress end seals on a flat gasket; the hose end on its coupling washer.

Check the gasket on the buttress face. IBC adapters often ship dry and the coarse thread will not seal on the thread alone; it needs the face gasket.
