20 mm pond hosetail (20 mm barb (to 1/2" or 3/4" BSP))

Used on: small pond pumps, spitters and low-flow filter returns on 20 mm flexible hose.

A 20 mm pond hosetail pushes 20 mm flexible hose onto a 1/2 or 3/4 inch BSP pump or filter port, clamped with a Jubilee clip. Pond hosetails are sold barb-size then thread-size, so a 20 mm barb can carry either a 1/2 or 3/4 BSP thread; check both figures.

Quick-connect click fittings from Hozelock, Gardena and Karcher are proprietary and do not interchange. They all sit on top of a standard thread underneath, so the reliable way to move between brands is to adapt at the threaded tap or hose-end fitting, then use each brand's own connector above it.
