Used on: US automotive and tyre work, and widely stocked in big-box stores.

The Automotive or Tru-Flate T-style is a different profile from the Industrial M-style and the two will not connect. A T-style plug fits an Automotive or a V-style high-flow coupler, but not a plain Industrial coupler.

Quick-connect click fittings from Hozelock, Gardena and Karcher are proprietary and do not interchange. They all sit on top of a standard thread underneath, so the reliable way to move between brands is to adapt at the threaded tap or hose-end fitting, then use each brand's own connector above it.
