Not a direct fit. Joining Automotive / Tru-Flate T-style air coupler to 1/4" NPT (National Pipe Taper) needs a 1/4 NPT air coupler on a 1/4 NPT port.

The part to buy

US automotive air couplers usually mount on a 1/4 NPT port, sealing on the tapered thread with PTFE tape. As with any coupler, the NPT thread only handles the mount; the Tru-Flate T-style front still has to match the plug you use. Confirm both.

Tape the NPT mount thread only. The quick-connect front seals mechanically, not with tape, so wrapping the coupling nose does nothing but foul the seal.
