Plumbing an M22 pressure-washer outlet to a 3/4 BSP hose or fitting uses an M22-to-BSP adapter. The M22 end seals on an O-ring; the BSP end seals on a washer. Confirm the machine bore is 15 mm so the O-ring matches.

Do not tape the M22 O-ring end. It seals on the ring, not the thread, and tape stops the ring seating.
