An M22 male tap spout adapts to a 3/4 BSP hose fitting with a threaded tap connector. The aerator end is a fine 27 TPI thread; the BSP end seals on a washer. Confirm the spout is M22 male and not M24 female before buying.

If the connector spins on and will not tighten, the spout is probably M24 female, not M22 male. The two look almost identical by eye; check with a caliper.
