Caravan onboard 3/4 BSP water fitting (3/4" BSP onboard)

Used on: the onboard freshwater plumbing behind a caravan or motorhome inlet, taps and water heater.

Caravan onboard water uses BSP threads: 3/4 inch BSP for the external mains connection, 1/2 inch BSP for taps and heaters, and 3/8 inch BSP where 12 mm push-fit pipe joins. Because these are the same BSP family as garden and appliance fittings, a caravan inlet can adapt to a garden hose through a standard 3/4 BSP adapter.

Quick-connect click fittings from Hozelock, Gardena and Karcher are proprietary and do not interchange. They all sit on top of a standard thread underneath, so the reliable way to move between brands is to adapt at the threaded tap or hose-end fitting, then use each brand's own connector above it.
